The Italian Passport
Join us for a journey through Italy with our “Italian Passport” program starting January until March 2015.
Each month the restaurant will feature special dishes from three Italian regions: Tuscany, Lazio, and Veneto. For the Tuscany dinner, taste buds will be transported to the city of Firenze (Florence) with dishes like Pappardelle with braised rabbit and porcini mushrooms. In the culinary tour of Lazio, guests will experience flavors of Rome with courses such as Porchetta with fennel pollen, lemon, and oregano. For Veneto, guests sail through Venice with dishes like Sarde in Saor, also known as sweet and sour fried sardines, complemented by pine nuts, raisins, and onions.
Upon attending the dinner, guests will receive a stamp in their Trecento Italian Passport. Guests who attend dinners from all three regions in the Italian Passport program will be rewarded with an Italian-themed culinary gift, courtesy of Executive Chef David Viviano.
Italian Passport dinners will be held each Friday evening, beginning January 9 through March, 2015.
The full Trecento Quindici Decano dinner menu and children’s menu will also be available on Friday evenings in the restaurant.
$50 per person, plus tax and gratuity, exclusive of wine pairings. Wine pairing is an additional $25.
