Sample our signature Bloody Mary the “Downhill Snapper” boasting locally made Woody Creek Vodka with muddle dill and basil. Served daily in the Shadow Mountain Lounge
Afternoon Apres Tea – 3pm-5pm
Experience our exclusive Afternoon Tea, a tradition carried on from Lady Astor in the early 1900s. Served daily in the Shadow Mountain Lounge with local “two leaves” loose leaf tea, finger sandwiches, house-made scones, an assortment of miniature desserts, infused waters, local honey and house-made preserves.
$45.00 for adults, $25.00 children (ages 6-12), plus tax and 18% gratuity to all guest checks. There is a 24 hour cancellation, no show, or change policy in effect. Reservation will be made with a 24 hour notice and credit card guarantee. Reservations: 970.920.3300

Live music offered daily in the Shadow Mountain Lounge to be enjoyed while sipping on a beverage after an exhilarating day on the mountain or enjoying the charm of Aspen.
Champagne Sabering – 5:15pm
The St. Regis Aspen Resort continues a tradition started by John Jacob Astor when he founded The St. Regis New York in 1904. Guests gather for a ceremonial champagne sabering to celebrate the transition from the day into night. Experience this time honored St. Regis tradition with a daily champagne sabering in the front entrance.
Nightcap – 9pm-12am
End your evening in the Shadow Mountain Lounge at The St. Regis Aspen Resort snuggled next to a roaring fire. Indulge in a nightcap, sweet treat, or roast s’mores at the foot of Aspen Mountain.
