Celebrate this Valentine’s Day with bubbly. On February 12, 2010, The House of Veuve Clicquot is teaming up with The St. Regis Aspen’s Executive Chef Adam Tanner to present an elegant 5-course dinner paired with champagne, including a 3-liter bottle of Veuve Clicquot’s 1990 ‘La Grande Dame.’

The evening will begin with canapés from 7pm - 8pm in the Astor library with dinner following in The Restaurant at 8pm. The cost is $275 per person.
