On Tuesday, November 12, The St. Regis Aspen Resort and Peach Street Distillers host the “Making of a Barrel-Aged Manhattan” in the Fountain Courtyard, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Peach Street Distillers will create a barrel-aged Manhattan specifically for The St. Regis Aspen Resort’s Speakeasy New Year’s Eve party, using its Colorado Straight Bourbon.

Rajesh Radke, Director of Food & Beverage, will welcome guests and highlight the new partnership between the Resort and Peach Street Distillers of Palisade, CO. Peach Street Mixologist Ryan Negley will discuss the company’s bourbon and the process to make the Manhattan as he mixes it live for guests.

At this free event open to the public, guests will enjoy a welcome glass of 315 Dean private-labeled Prosecco, passed appetizers, and a sample of the Peach Street Colorado Straight Bourbon.
