Après Tea
The St. Regis Aspen Resort introduces Après Tea, the merging of two rituals - traditional Afternoon Tea and Après Ski, a signature rite in Aspen. This new ritual features a trio of custom haute chocolate flavors and cocoa cocktails by luxury chocolatier, Vosges Haut-Chocolat. A flight of the three haute chocolates – standard or spiked – can be accompanied with a tray of sweet and savory bites, including a selection of gourmet grilled cheese finger sandwiches created to pair perfectly with each couture cocoa flavor. The property will also offer an extensive menu of sparkling wines by the glass. A curated selection of champagnes will be featured on a Bites & Bubbly menu, on which each sparkling wine will be paired with a Vosges Haut-Chocolat exotic caramel. Après Tea will be offered in Shadow Mountain Lounge at The St. Regis Aspen Resort daily from 3:00pm – 6:00pm.
Bloody Mary Ritual
Every day, between 11:00am and 12:00pm in Shadow Mountain Lounge, The St. Regis Aspen will serve samples of The Downhill Snapper, its unique take on the cocktail classic, as well as feature a sample from another St. Regis hotel, which will change daily.
Champagne Sabering
The St. Regis Aspen continues a tradition started by John Jacob Astor when he founded The St. Regis New York in 1904. Guests gather for a ceremonial champagne sabering to celebrate the transition from the day into night. Experience this time honored St. Regis tradition with a daily champagne sabering at 4:15pm.
Nightcap
End your evening in the Shadow Mountain Lounge at The St. Regis Aspen Resort snuggled next to a roaring fire. Indulge in a nightcap, sweet treat, or roast s'mores at the foot of Aspen Mountain. 9:00pm - 12:00am.
