Summer Après Tea

Moving from the cozy atmosphere of Shadow Mountain Lounge to the pool deck, affectionately named Splash, the Summer Après Tea menu is updated to reflect the warmer temperatures. Vosges Haut-Chocolat and Illy coffee will be offered either chilled or iced, and daily lemonade specials will also be available – virgin or spiked.

An extensive menu of sparkling wines by the glass will also be available. The comfort food of winter is replaced by lighter fare, such as fruit skewers with vanilla anglaise, s’mores-inspired ice cream and finger sandwiches. Après Tea will be offered by the pool deck, Splash, at The St. Regis Aspen Resort daily from 3:00pm – 6:00pm.

Champagne Sabering

The St. Regis Aspen Resort continues a tradition started by John Jacob Astor when he founded The St. Regis New York in 1904. Guests gather for a ceremonial champagne sabering to celebrate the transition from the day into night. Experience this time honored St. Regis tradition with a daily champagne sabering at 5:15pm.

The Downhill Red Snapper

The tradition of Bloody Marys continues to be a cornerstone of St. Regis resorts. Each St. Regis resort showcases its own signature spin on the classic with The St. Regis Aspen Resort serving The Downhill Red Snapper. This unique take on the cocktail includes fresh basil and dill garnished with two olives and a pickle.

Nightcap

End your evening in Shadow Mountain Lounge at The St. Regis Aspen Resort snuggled next to a roaring fire indulging in a nightcap or sweet treat. Every Friday and Saturday night from 7:00pm – 11:00pm, local duo Boo Coo will be filling the air with lilting melodies.
