Terms and Conditions
- This meeting offer is not valid wtih any other offer.
- $499 for ski season bookings Thanksgiving to Easter.
- $299 for spring and fall, Easter and Memorial Day and Columbus Day - Thanksgiving.
- $499 for summer Memorial Day – Columbus Day.
- Rates based upon superior room category.
- Applicable to midweek stays (Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed nights) with a 3 night minimum stay.
- Offer is not prorated, no credit is offered for one or two night stays and credit will not exceed $300 should guest stay 4 or more days.
- $300 credit is per room booked on peak night, not per person.
- Blackout dates apply, offer doesn’t apply to existing groups, cannot be coupled with other offers and is only applicable for certain rates and at the discretion of the resort.
- Rates are applicable for 2012 and 2013 group business of 25 rooms or more per night with required food & beverage minimum.
- Net rates are commissionable to certified travel companies, less the airfare credit.
