Exquisite Transformations to our Aspen Restaurant


It is an exciting time for us here at The St. Regis Aspen Resort. We are on the brink of transforming our current restaurant to introduce an innovative new atmosphere and menu.

In order to bring our new concept to life we will be closed from October 6th – early December.

We expect to debut the new vision in December 2017.

 

Join us on Saturday, December 16th for
our 6th Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony

Bundle up and join us for our 6th annual kick off to the holiday season. General Manager Heather-Steenge Hart invites the community to experience the magic of the holidays as we illuminate our 30ft tree. Featuring a performance by the Aspen High School Band and Singers, photo booth with Santa Claus, holiday cookies, festive beverages and a dual champagne sabering.

This is a complimentary community event in the Fountain Courtyard.

 

About the New Restaurant

Modern Mountain Cuisine meets rustic elegance at The St. Regis Aspen Resort’s new signature restaurant, Velvet Buck, which is named for the velvet fur that grows on the antlers of a male deer.

The restaurant pays homage to the mountain men and women who settled the Rocky Mountains in the 1800’s. Velvet Buck’s menu celebrates the culinary rituals of the era, with special focus on local ingredients and primal cooking techniques.
